At Architect Marble, we take pride in crafting each piece with the highest standards of design, precision, and durability. All our products are custom-made using natural stone, wood, and metal components, tailored to your approved specifications.
This Warranty Policy explains what is covered and how we support you after delivery.
β What We Guarantee
We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering:
β’ Verified manufacturing defects
β’ Incorrect model, size, or specifications compared to the approved design
β’ Structural faults not caused by misuse, impact, or improper installation
β’ Failures of accessories supplied by us (such as mounting brackets, if included)
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
β What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
β’ Natural variations in color, veining, pores, or texture of stone
β’ Damage caused by incorrect or non-professional installation
β’ Use of improper adhesives, anchors, tools, or chemicals
β’ Stains, cracks, or surface damage caused by acidic or abrasive cleaners
β’ Damage due to impact, misuse, or negligence
β’ Normal wear, minor scratches, or aging
β’ Issues caused by third-party modifications or repairs
β’ Delays or issues related to logistics, customs, or force majeure events
Natural stone characteristics are not considered defects.
π¦ Shipping Damage
All products are packed in foam-padded wooden crates, sealed with protective wrapping, and shipped via DHL or FedEx.
If your order arrives damaged:
π¨ You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
β’ Clear photos and videos of the product, packaging, and crate
β’ Unboxing or crate opening video (strongly recommended)
β’ Official courier damage report from DHL or FedEx
β’ Your order number and invoice
β’ Short description of the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without courier documentation may not be accepted.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products:

β’ All conditions follow our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of this warranty
If a return is approved:
β’ Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the buyerβs responsibility unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by us
β’ The product must be unused and securely packed in the original wooden crate or equivalent protective packaging
β’ Refunds, if approved, are processed after inspection

Architect Marble is not responsible for damage or malfunction caused by:

β’ Incorrect mounting methods or materials
β’ Plumbing failures or site conditions
β’ Incompatibility with existing structures
We strongly recommend installation by a qualified professional experienced with natural stone products.
