At Architect Marble, we take pride in crafting each piece with the highest standards of design, precision, and durability. All our products are custom-made using natural stone, wood, and metal components—built to last and tailored to your specifications.
✅ What We Guarantee
We offer a 1-year limited warranty that covers:
Major manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect size, model, or polish)
Structural faults not caused by misuse, impact, or improper installation
Accessory failures, such as issues with included brackets or components
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
❌ What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply to the following:
Natural variations in color, veining, or texture
Damage caused by incorrect installation, adhesives, or tools
Cracks or staining from neglect, unsealed use, or acidic cleaners
Issues due to logistics delays, customs, or force majeure
Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications
Normal wear and minor scratches
📦 Damaged in Shipping?
All items are shipped in foam-padded wooden crates, sealed with plastic wrap, and delivered via trusted partners like FedEx and DHL.
If your product arrives damaged:
You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery, with the following:
Clear photos/videos of the product, crate, and shipping label
A formal service report from the courier (FedEx/DHL)
Your order number and invoice
Short description of the problem

⏱️ Late notifications or missing courier documentation invalidate all warranty claims.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our work, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless a verified production error or damage is confirmed.
If a return is exceptionally approved:
The buyer covers return shipping & customs
The item must be unused and sent back in the original crate
A restocking fee (15–30%) may apply
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
🛠️ Installation Responsibility
Architect Marble does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by:
Non-professional installation
Wrong adhesives, anchors, or installation tools
Plumbing failures or exposure to improper conditions
We always recommend using a qualified natural stone installer.
📬 How to File a Warranty Claim
Email us at sale@architectmarble.com with:
Your order number and name
Photos/videos showing the issue
The courier report (in case of shipping damage)
Description of the problem
🕒 We respond within 3 business days and aim to resolve issues within 10 business days.

All custom specs (e.g., faucet holes, dimensions) are approved by the buyer before production. Post-approval changes are not eligible for claims.
Installation costs and any third-party work are not covered.
We do not assume responsibility for indirect or incidental damage resulting from use or installation.
