🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Architect Marble

Thank you for choosing Architect Marble. Each product is handcrafted from natural marble, selected travertine, wood, and metal, and produced on a made-to-order basis according to your approved design and specifications.
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, returns and refunds are limited to specific and justified cases. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
🪨 Made-to-Order Products
All Architect Marble products are produced based on your confirmed selections, including but not limited to:
Dimensions and measurements
Stone type and surface finish
Faucet holes and technical details
3D design and drawing approvals
Wood, brass, or metal components
Once production has started, made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the following cases:
✔ Verified shipping damage
✔ Significant deviation from the approved design or 3D render
✔ Confirmed manufacturing or material defect
Natural variations in stone color, veining, pores, and texture are not considered defects and are inherent characteristics of natural stone.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this 24-hour period, production begins and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
🚚 Shipping Damage & Defective Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
🚨 Any shipping damage or visible defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.
To submit a claim, please provide:
Order number
Clear photos and videos of the product, crate, and packaging
Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
Brief written description of the issue
Official courier damage report, when required by the carrier
Each claim is reviewed individually following technical assessment.
🛡 Shipping Insurance
Courier insurance is included by default for all shipments.
Coverage and compensation are subject to the terms and applicable limits of the selected carrier or logistics provider.
In the event of transit damage or loss, Architect Marble will assist with the carrier claim process, provided that all required documentation is submitted in full.
Architect Marble is not responsible for compensation beyond the limits defined by the carrier’s insurance or liability terms.
🚫 Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
Products manufactured according to approved specifications
Natural stone variations in color, veining, pores, or texture
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Damage after delivery caused by improper handling, storage, or installation
Issues caused by third-party installers or modifications
Delays caused by customs procedures, couriers, weather conditions, or force majeure events
🔁 Resolution Options
If a claim is approved, one of the following resolutions may be offered:
Replacement product (subject to material availability and production timeline)
Partial refund for minor issues, upon mutual agreement
Store credit for future purchases
The final resolution is determined after technical review of the case.
💸 Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time is up to 14 business days after approval.
Shipping, logistics, customs, and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by us.
📦 Return Shipping
If a return is required:
Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by us.
Items must be securely repacked in the original wooden crate or equivalent protective packaging.
Architect Marble is not responsible for damage occurring during return transit.

Shipments are handled via professional courier or freight services depending on product size and destination.
