Q1: Who is ArchitectMarble?
ArchitectMarble is a Türkiye-based premium design atelier specializing in handcrafted marble sinks, vanities, tables, mosaics, and custom architectural pieces. We serve private clients, architects, and luxury developers globally.
Q2: Where are you located?
All our products are designed and crafted in Türkiye. Our workshop and operations are based in Istanbul.
Q3: Do you have a physical showroom?
Not yet. We provide HD images, 3D visualizations, and real-time video calls to assist with material and product selection.
Q4: Are all your products custom-made?
Yes. Most of our products are made-to-order, including size, stone type, faucet hole placement, and surface finish. A few standard items may be ready-to-ship.
Q5: Are you on Etsy?
Yes. You can find selected marble sinks and décor under the store name ArchitectMarbleShop on Etsy.

Q6: What materials do you work with?
We use premium natural marble, solid wood, brass, and steel components. Our stone catalog includes Calacatta Viola, Afyon White, Marmara Zebra, Nero Marquina, Amasya Green, and more.
Q7: Do you use travertine or ceramic?
Some items include travertine or ceramic accents, but our main focus is premium marble. For this particular product (Baygara bathtub), only marble is used—no travertine.
Q8: Do you make wooden or metal furniture?
Yes. Our range includes marble tables with wooden or cast-metal legs, solid walnut vanities, and matching accessories.
Q9: Do you offer mosaics or decorative panels?
Yes. We design custom mosaic panels made from marble chips for walls and floors. We also craft handcrafted stone art pieces.
Q10: What kind of finishes do you offer?
We offer the following surface treatments:
Polished (glossy, color-enhancing)
Honed (matte and smooth)
Brushed (textured and soft)
Tumbled (aged and rustic look)
Q11: Is each product unique?
Yes. Every item is crafted from natural stone, so color tones and veining will vary—this is part of the luxury and uniqueness.
Q12: Can I order marble samples?
Yes. We offer small sample tiles for most marble types. Shipping charges apply.

Q13: Do you provide 3D design previews?
Yes. All custom or B2B projects include 3D renders with labeled dimensions (A, B, C, D), faucet spacing (X), and finish previews.
Q14: Can I design an entire bathroom collection?
Absolutely. We design integrated bathroom sets including marble sinks, wooden bases, shelving, and matching décor.
Q15: Can I request logo engraving or branding?
Yes. B2B clients can request private label production and subtle logo engravings on custom items.
Q16: Do you accept architectural files (CAD, DWG, etc.)?
Yes. We support file-based orders and work closely with architects and design professionals.
Q17: Can I see your portfolio?
We’re preparing a digital catalog of previous projects, sample renders, and client collaborations—soon to be available on our website.
Q18: Do you help with architectural design?
Yes. We offer design consulting for facades, fountains, built-in sinks, and decorative elements in marble.
Q19: Do you support mosaic/ceramic applications in projects?
Yes. We integrate mosaics and ceramics into luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and feature walls with full pattern customization.

Q21: Can I change details after ordering?
Only within the first 24 hours. After that, production begins and changes or cancellations are not accepted.
Q22: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major international cards via Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay). Bank transfer is available for wholesale/B2B orders.
Q23: Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Some products may be offered with seasonal discounts. B2B and project-based pricing is handled upon request.
Q24: Do you support wholesale orders?
Yes. We collaborate with hotels, spas, architects, and developers. Contact us with your project scope for pricing and timelines.

Q26: What’s your packaging method?
All shipments use:
✅ Foam padding for internal protection
✅ Natural wooden crates (no ISPM-15 certification mention)
✅ Plastic stretch wrap for moisture and dust control
Q27: Is shipping free?
Shipping is free only for standard-size products suitable for express air delivery.
Heavy, oversized, or custom-made items may require freight delivery at an additional cost.
Q28: How long does delivery take?
Production: 14–21 business days
Express delivery: 4–6 business days
Q29: Do I pay customs/duties?
Yes. Buyers are responsible for all customs, import duties, and VAT in their own country.
Q30: Is shipping insured?
Insurance is optional and can be requested during checkout. Otherwise, standard liability applies.
Q31: What if my item is damaged on arrival?
You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with detailed photos of:
Damaged area
Full product
Packaging (crate, wrap, etc.)
Without timely notice and proof, claims cannot be processed.
Q32: What if I miss delivery?
If you fail to receive the shipment and don’t contact us within 12 hours, we are not responsible for return or refund. You must work with the courier (FedEx/DHL) directly.
🔹 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Q33: Can I cancel my order?
Yes—but only within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters production and becomes non-cancellable.
Q34: Can I return the item if I change my mind?
No. Due to the custom nature of our work, returns are not accepted unless there’s damage or a significant manufacturing error.
Q35: Will you refund my shipping fee?
No. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
Q36: Who pays for return shipping if approved?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Q37: What is your return window?
If damage is reported within 2 hours and approved, we’ll process a resolution. No returns are accepted after 24 hours from delivery.
