Q1: Who is Architect Marble?
Architect Marble is a Tรผrkiye-based design atelier specializing in handcrafted marble sinks, bathtubs, tables, vanities, and custom architectural stone pieces for private clients and luxury projects worldwide.

Q2: Where are you located?
Our design studio and production facilities are based in Istanbul, Tรผrkiye.

Q3: Do you have a physical showroom?
Currently, we operate online. We provide high-resolution photos, 3D renders, and live video support to help you select materials and designs with confidence.

Q4: Are all products custom-made?
Yes. Most of our products are made to order based on your selected dimensions, stone type, finish, and design details. Some standard models may be available as ready designs.

Q5: Are you on Etsy?
Yes. Selected products are available through our official Etsy store under ArchitectMarbleShop.

Q6: What materials do you use?
We work primarily with premium natural marble. Selected travertine is available upon request. Some designs may also include solid wood, brass, or steel components.

Q7: Are natural variations normal?
Yes. Marble and natural stone naturally vary in veining, tone, pores, and texture. These variations are part of the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Q9: Do you offer samples?
Yes. Marble sample tiles are available for most stones. Shipping costs apply.

Q10: Do you provide 3D previews?
Yes. Custom orders include 3D renders with dimensions, faucet layout, and finish previews for your approval before production begins.

Q11: Can you design full bathroom sets?
Yes. We create coordinated collections including sinks, bathtubs, vanities, shelves, and accessories.

Q12: Do you work with architects and B2B clients?
Absolutely. We support CAD and DWG files and offer project-based collaborations worldwide.

Q13: How do I place an order?
You contact us, receive a quotation, approve the design details, complete payment, and then production begins. Packaging and delivery follow after production.

Q14: Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
After this 24-hour period, production begins and cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Q15: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online card payments and bank transfers for B2B or project-based orders. Available options are displayed at checkout.

Q16: Do you offer wholesale or project pricing?
Yes. Please contact us with your project details to receive a custom quotation.

Q17: Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Switzerland, Monaco, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Other destinations may be available upon request.

Q18: How are products packaged?
All shipments are packed using a triple-layer system:

Foam padding

Natural wooden crates

Plastic stretch wrap

Q19: Is shipping free?
Free express shipping applies only to standard-size products. Large, heavy, or special orders may require additional freight charges.

Q20: What is the delivery time?

Production time: typically 14 to 21 business days (unless stated otherwise on the product page)

Delivery after production:

Express shipments: approximately 4 to 8 business days

Freight shipments: project-specific timelines

Q21: Do I pay customs duties and taxes?
Yes. Import duties, VAT, customs clearance, and any local taxes are the buyerโ€™s responsibility.

Q22: Is shipping insured?
Yes. Courier insurance is included by default for all shipments.
Coverage and compensation are subject to the terms and applicable limits of the selected carrier or logistics provider.

Q23: What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If visible damage is present, you must obtain an official written damage report from the courier, and provide clear photos and a short video of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Damage claims require all documentation to be submitted together.

Q24: Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Q25: Can I return my order?
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of:

Verified shipping damage

Manufacturing defects

Significant deviation from the approved design

Q26: Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by us.

Q27: Who pays return shipping if approved?
The buyer is responsible unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by us.

Q28: What is the claim window for issues?
Shipping damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
