🚚 Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL Express under our official international logistics agreements.

✈️ Express Air Shipping (4–6 business days)

• Ideal for sinks, small furniture, accessories, and mosaics
• Tracking + delivery notifications included
• Most items are shipped free of charge

🚢 Freight Shipping (25–35 calendar days)

• Required for large or heavy items such as bathtubs, dining tables, and marble slabs
• Delivered on pallet or crate
• Coordination for unloading access may be required

🚛 Road Freight (7–12 business days, EU only)

• Available for select EU destinations
• Curbside delivery only

⛴ Note: Some oversized items may not qualify for air shipping. If this affects your order, we’ll inform you immediately for cost or method adjustment.

📦 How We Package

Each product is packaged using a three-layer protective system:

✅ Foam padding to prevent impact damage
✅ Natural wooden crate for structural safety
✅ Plastic stretch wrap for moisture and dust protection

All packaging is professionally prepared and suitable for international shipping.

• Freight: 25–35 calendar days

🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

📌 All deliveries are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
💰 Buyers are responsible for paying import taxes, customs duties, and local VAT in their country.
📄 We provide full documentation for smooth customs clearance.

B2B clients may request:

❗ Delivery Conditions & Claims

📦 Inspection required upon delivery
• All damage must be reported within 12 hours
• Include photos + courier damage report
• No refund or replacement can be issued after this period

⛔ Unloading service not included – Buyer must ensure access and handling on delivery.

📍 Remote area fees may apply for non-central addresses.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours
• After production begins, orders become non-refundable
• Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged
