🚚 Shipping Methods

We select the most suitable method based on product size, weight, value, and destination.

✈️ Express Air Shipping (DHL Express / FedEx Express)

• Used for standard sinks, basins, accessories, mosaics, and eligible items
• Door-to-door delivery with tracking
• Transit time: 4–8 business days after production
• Free express delivery may apply to eligible products (see Free Express Delivery page)

🚛 Road Freight (EU Destinations)

• For large or heavy items within Europe
• Pallet or crate delivery
• Transit time: 7–14 business days after production
• Curbside delivery

🚢 Sea Freight / 🚛 Project Freight (Worldwide)

For oversized or project orders such as:
• Bathtubs
• Dining tables
• Fireplaces
• Multi-item hotel or villa projects
• Marble slabs or blocks

We may use:
• Sea containers
• Road trucks (TIR)
• Air cargo
• Professional third-party logistics companies

⏱ Transit time: typically 20–40 days, depending on route and customs.

A custom quotation and delivery plan is provided for every project shipment.

📦 Packaging Standards

Every product is packed with our triple-layer protection system:

✅ Foam padding for shock absorption
✅ Natural wooden crate for structural safety
✅ Plastic stretch wrap against moisture and dust

All crates are custom-built to match your product dimensions.

🛠️ Production & Lead Times

All products are made to order.

🪨 Production time: 14–21 business days (unless stated otherwise)
📦 Shipping time:
• Express: 4–8 business days
• Freight: 20–40 days

🗓 Estimated total delivery: 3–6 weeks on average

Production starts after order confirmation and final design approval (if applicable).

🛡️ Shipping Insurance

• Courier insurance is included by default
• Coverage and compensation are subject to the carrier’s terms and applicable limits

In case of damage during transit, we assist with the courier or freight claim process, provided that the required documentation (official courier damage report, photos, and video) is supplied.

Standard carrier procedures and liability rules apply in accordance with the courier’s policy.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

📌 All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

• Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included
• These costs are the buyer’s responsibility
• We provide commercial invoice, packing list, and shipping documents

For B2B or project orders, we can also provide HS codes and compliance documents on request.

❗ Delivery, Inspection & Claims

📦 Upon delivery, you must inspect your shipment immediately.

🚨 Any damage or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:
• Photos and videos of product and crate
• Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
• Courier damage report (DHL / FedEx / freight company)
• Order number and description

⚠️ Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

📍 Unloading and on-site handling are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Remote area or special access fees may apply.

🔁 Cancellations & Returns (Shipping Related)

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours, production begins and orders become non-cancellable
• Custom-made products cannot be returned except in approved cases of:
– Verified shipping damage
– Manufacturing defect
– Significant deviation from approved design
