Choose your preferred model, stone type, finish, and details such as faucet holes if applicable.
Website Orders
Orders placed on our website are completed via bank wire transfer after you receive a proforma invoice with full details.
Card Payments
Not Support yet.
B2B & Large Projects
For large scale or B2B orders, please contact us directly for custom quotations and production planning.
Payment Terms:
• Standard orders: 100% full payment in advance
• B2B and large projects: 60% deposit to start production, 40% before shipment
Production starts only after payment is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include:
• Custom wooden crate packaging
• International express shipping

All items are made to order by skilled artisans.
If your order includes 3D design or special customization, production begins only after your final approval.
During this process, you may receive updates such as:
• Order confirmation
• Production start
• Finishing and polishing
• Final quality inspection
📦 5. Packaging & Global Shipping
Each product is professionally packed using:
Protective foam padding
Plastic stretch wrap
Natural wooden crates
We ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as FedEx Express and DHL Express, or via freight services depending on the product size, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery after production:
Europe and Gulf countries: 3 to 7 business days
North America: 4 to 8 business days
Large or heavy items: shipped via road or sea freight with project-specific timelines
Courier insurance is included by default.
Coverage and compensation are subject to the carrier’s terms and applicable limits.
