All our products are handcrafted and made to order with great care. While we take every step to ensure quality and secure packaging, rare issues may occur during production or transportation. This page explains how to submit a return, exchange, or damage claim in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
π Information Required
To help us review your request quickly and fairly, please provide:
Order number
Full name and email address used for the order
Clear photos and videos showing the issue
Official courier damage report (required for shipping damage claims)
Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
A brief description of the issue
Indicate whether you are requesting a replacement, refund, or store credit
Incomplete requests cannot be evaluated.
β± Inspection & Notification Window
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
π¨ All shipping damage or defect claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be accepted.
For shipping-related damage, an official courier damage report obtained at the time of delivery is mandatory.

π¨ Important Notes
All products are made to order and are non-returnable, except in cases of:
Verified shipping damage
Proven manufacturing defects
Significant deviation from the approved design
Return or exchange shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility, unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by us.
Items must be securely repacked in the original wooden crate or equivalent protective packaging.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection and confirmation.
Each request is reviewed individually, and Architect Marble determines the appropriate resolution in line with our policies.
Natural stone characteristics such as pores, tonal variations, and veining are natural features and are not considered defects.
π‘ Shipping Insurance
Courier insurance is included by default for all shipments.
Coverage and compensation are subject to the terms and applicable limits of the selected carrier or logistics provider.
In the event of transit damage or loss, we fully assist with the carrier claim process, provided that all required documentation is submitted.
