All our products are handcrafted, custom-made, and packaged with care. However, in rare cases, issues may occur during transport or production. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the approved design, you may submit a return or replacement request within 12 hours of delivery.
📋 What You’ll Need
To process your return or exchange request, please prepare the following:
Order Number
Full Name and Email Address used during purchase
Clear photos/videos of the damage or issue
Courier Service Report (mandatory for damaged shipments via FedEx/DHL)
Unboxing video (if available)
A brief description of the issue
Indicate whether you’re requesting a replacement or a refund
⚠️ Requests made after the 12-hour window or without a courier report may be declined.

🚨 Important Notes
All our products are custom-made and non-refundable, except in the case of verified damage or production error.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was caused by us.
Items must be repacked securely in the original crate or equivalent safe packaging.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 14 business days after return receipt and inspection.
Architect Marble reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the requirements above.
