Because our products are handcrafted from natural materials and often custom-made, minor variations in color, veining, texture, and dimensions may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment infrastructure integrated into our website. Architect Marble does not store or process credit card details directly.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or incorrect pricing.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Most Architect Marble products are custom-made or produced on a made-to-order basis according to your selected options and approved designs.
Due to their personalized nature, such products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in cases of:
Verified shipping damage
Confirmed manufacturing defect
Significant deviation from the approved design
Natural stone variations are not considered defects.
5. Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in selected currencies such as USD, EUR, or TRY.
Prices may vary due to exchange rates, destination-based costs, or applicable taxes.
Architect Marble reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping through professional international courier and freight providers.
Delivery times vary depending on the product type, production schedule, destination, shipping method, and customs procedures.
Architect Marble is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control.
Shipping Insurance
Courier insurance is included by default for all shipments.
Coverage and compensation are subject to the terms and applicable limits of the selected carrier or logistics provider.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this 24-hour period, production begins and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
Verified shipping damage
Manufacturing defect
Significant deviation from the approved design
All return and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Damage Notification
Any shipping-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, together with photos, videos, and official courier documentation where required.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, graphics, and layouts, is the property of Architect Marble and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
