Before production, we send you:
Real photos and videos of the exact marble block or slab
Close-ups of veining, tones, and texture

πΉ 4. 3D Design & Technical Confirmation (If Applicable)
For custom pieces, we provide:
3D renderings
Technical drawings
Drain and faucet positions
Edge profiles and finishes

Our artisans shape your product from solid natural stone:
Cutting and carving
Polishing and surface finishing
Detail work and hand finishing

For bathtubs, tables, slabs, and bulk or project orders

πΉ 9. Delivery & Inspection
Upon delivery:
Inspect your crate immediately
If damaged, take photos/videos
Request a courier damage report
