📌 Production starts only after full approval and payment.

🔹 3. Material Selection & Approval

Before production, we send you:

Real photos and videos of the exact marble block or slab

Close-ups of veining, tones, and texture

You review and approve the material.

📌 You always approve the patterns and tones before cutting begins.

🔹 4. 3D Design & Technical Confirmation (If Applicable)

For custom pieces, we provide:

3D renderings

Technical drawings

Drain and faucet positions

Edge profiles and finishes

📌 Production proceeds only after your final design approval.

🔹 5. Handcrafted Production

Our artisans shape your product from solid natural stone:

Cutting and carving

Polishing and surface finishing

Detail work and hand finishing

⏳ Typical production time: 14–21 business days
(depending on size, complexity, and quantity)

📸 We share progress updates with photos or videos during production.

🔹 6. Final Check & Client Preview

Before shipping, you receive:

Photos from all angles

A short video showing finishes and dimensions

🔹 7. Safe Packaging – Ready for Global Shipping

Every item is packed with our 3-layer protection system:

📦 Designed for maximum safety for air, road, or sea transport.

🔹 8. Global Shipping & Logistics

Shipping method is selected based on size, weight, and destination:

✈️ Air Freight (DHL / FedEx Express)
For sinks, small furniture, mosaics, decor items

🚛 Road Freight
For Europe and nearby regions, project deliveries

🚢 Sea Freight / Container
For bathtubs, tables, slabs, and bulk or project orders

📌 We also work with trusted third-party freight and logistics companies for large, container, or special project shipments.

📦 Tracking is provided for all express shipments.

🔹 9. Delivery & Inspection

Upon delivery:

Inspect your crate immediately

If damaged, take photos/videos

Request a courier damage report

🚨 Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

✔️ All products are made to order
✔️ Production starts after payment and final approvals
✔️ Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only
✔️ After production starts, no cancellations or returns are accepted
✔️ Natural stone variations are part of the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece
✔️ Courier insurance is included by default (coverage subject to carrier terms and limits)
✔️ Import taxes, customs duties, and local fees are the buyer’s responsibility
