At Architect Marble, we proudly offer free express delivery for selected standard products, ensuring your handcrafted stone pieces reach you quickly and safely through our trusted logistics partners.

All free express shipments are handled via DHL Express or FedEx Express.

✅ What’s Included in Free Express Delivery?

Free express shipping applies to:

✔ Standard-size marble and travertine sinks
✔ Wall-mounted and integrated basins within weight limits
✔ Small marble furniture and accessories
✔ Decorative items and mosaic wall art
✔ Ready designs that meet express shipping criteria

These items are shipped by air express service with:

• Full tracking number
• Door-to-door delivery
• Delivery notifications

⏱ Estimated delivery time:
4–8 business days after production is completed

(Production time is defined on each product page.)

⚠️ What’s Not Included

Free express delivery does not apply to:

⛔ Freestanding bathtubs
⛔ Large tables, vanities, fireplaces, or heavy furniture
⛔ Oversized or palletized products
⛔ Multi-item project orders
⛔ Custom slabs or blocks
⛔ Remote or restricted delivery zones

These orders require special freight shipping, and a custom quotation will be provided based on size, weight, and destination.

For such shipments, we may use:

• Road freight
• Sea freight (container)
• Air cargo
• Or professional third-party logistics companies

📦 Professional Packaging

Every Architect Marble shipment is protected with our triple-layer system:

✅ Foam padding for shock absorption
✅ Natural wooden crate for structural safety
✅ Plastic stretch wrap against moisture and dust

This packaging is used for both express and freight shipments.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance (Optional)

• Shipping insurance is not included by default
• It can be requested during checkout or order confirmation
• Strongly recommended for high-value items

If insurance is added, we assist you with the courier claim process in case of transit damage or loss.

Without insurance, standard carrier liability applies according to DHL or FedEx terms.
